Hear the voices of the “villains” in well-known stories and tell their tales to set the stories straight!

Pupils will be introduced to story cards & learn how to tell a story using the cards through play. They will draw a scene that encompasses at least 4
of the 6 cards picked.
Using the story cards they designed, pupils will be guided to draw inspiration and ideas from existing tales and
their peers. They will be coached
to synthesise these ideas and
write an original story.
Pupils will learn more about the 6 different categories and how to expand and create variants of these 6 categories eg. Events can be further streamlined into environmental changes or twists. Pupils will then design their own cards.
Using a wide range of vocabulary, pupils refine their stories and prepare the text and graphics for publishing.
